Famous seaside resorts: Mamaia,Neptun, Olimp, Costinesti etc.

Mamaia, the pearl of the littoral, has its name (Grandma or Grandmother), because it is the oldest resort on the Romanian seaside, founded in 1906. Now it has one of the most elegant and attractive resorts of South - Eastern Europe.

The Danube Delta , a unique biosphere reserve, with the richest ornithological fauna in the world (over 200 species), the longest dune strips in Romania, the shortest winters in Romania. It is the youngest land mass in Europe, a UNESCO heritage.
