The traditional 3-day annual medieval carnivalin Sighisoara will start this year on July 29^th.

The old Transilvanian German ,, burg’’ will

open its medieval gates to greet tourists

from all over the world. Middle Age costumes, art and music will be seen and heard on the narrow streets, and its many fonts and towers.

According to city hall officials, this year’s festival will have ten distinct sectons: theatre, music, arts, exibits, dance,film, medieval poetry, books literature, concrts and conferences.Good wine, beer and food readily be avaible.
